My Story

I grew up in Brighton, Colorado, where life revolved around sports. Baseball was at the center - it pushed me, shaped me, and eventually paid my way to compete at the Division I level while earning my finance degree.

When my playing days ended, I stepped into the professional world. Over the last eight years, I’ve worked across multiple companies in roles spanning Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, and Accounting - even stepping into management-level positions. Along the way, I learned what makes businesses run smoothly, and just as importantly, what causes them to stall.

But even as I advanced in the corporate world, I felt a pull toward something more. I wanted to use my skills to do work that matters directly to owners - to solve real problems for real businesses instead of grinding through another 9–5.

That’s why I built this practice. My mission is to give small business owners, especially those in the trades, the clarity and confidence they need to grow - whether that’s getting cash flow under control, tightening up operations, or finally having financial numbers they can trust.

At the heart of it, my story is simple: I’ve gone from competing on the field to competing in business, and now I bring that same discipline and drive to helping owners win in their own game.
